Introduction
A toolkit is a document or an interactive online resource that helps users gather, organise, and apply information on a specific topic to draw conclusions or make recommendations.
For your assignment, complete this toolkit and upload the final document to Canvas by the submission deadline. To answer each section, find evidence related to each area to support your responses.

Task 1: Discuss the significance of the planning process in relation to the potential perceived success or failure of the event (350 words)
Task 2: Identify, describe and evaluate the key planning issues (including vision and mission statements, event objectives and stakeholder interests) associated with the event (350 words)
Task 3: Suggest which type of organisational structure is best suited to the event, explaining the appropriateness of the approach. (300 words)
Task 4: Explain the different project management techniques which may be used to plan the event. Evaluate the benefits of using such techniques. (350 words)
Task 5: Identify key legislation and guidelines that the event organisers should consider to ensure successful implementation of the event at the chosen venue, and make appropriate links to the event risk assessment. (350 words)
Task 6: Complete the risk assessment template provided in Appendix 1, outlining three main hazards associated with the event at your selected venue. (300 words)
