• Conduct desk-based research on the companies, businesses type, Kingston green business challenge, and other environmental performance requirements, etc. • Collect primary data through a combination of personal or group investigations interviews or surveys;

o Data must be anonymised for ethical reasons. Appendices can be uploaded separately in Canvas, or included in the main document.

• Analyse the effectiveness of the current practice/systems;

• Make recommendations, again based on research, as to changes that could be made to improve the environmental impact ranked in terms of feasibility, time and cost to implement, and estimated effectiveness for the companies to make environmental improvements.

• A completed Risk Assessment must be appended to this Assessment Brief for all Assessments involving laboratory or fieldwork activities.

There will be a formative group presentation (i.e., does not count toward your final mark) two weeks prior to the deadline for the final report. You are expected to use the feedback given during your presentation to improve your final Environmental report. The final Environmental report is an individual assessment and not group work.
