Tourism is important in both developed and developing countries. It plays an important role in the social & economic well being of many countries of many host citizens & tourist alike. However, there are many challenges when growing Tourism Industry within host destinations.
With reference to academic literature, provide an in-depth critical assessment of two such challenge. Essay should focus on challenge rather than specific country. Although named developing countries could be used in examples to support the discussion.

Concepts, theories, facts, examples and research evidence are relevant and support the arguments and interpretation. Acknowledgement of sources, citation and referencing.
The work follows a logical structure that supports the development of an appropriate subject-based rational argument. It is apparent that the student possesses a clear understanding of the principles of evidence based decision-making and academic criticality.
