Scenario |
You have been working as an assistant F&B Manager at a reputed five-star hotel in Pokhara, Hotel Pokhara Grande. There is a probable chance that you are promoted to the F & B Manager for the Restaurants. Within the Hotel there are two restaurants, one bar and one banquet. Being the manager, you are supposed to take charge of all the outlets in your department. One of the key responsibilities is to support HR to recruit new staff as required. To claim this position, you need to demonstrate a range of knowledge and skills relevant to the position such as carrying out self-assessments, design a professional development plan, and demonstrate the ability to apply different learning methods and develop approaches within the given work environment.
